“The majority of women in this group were working low-wage jobs before Climb and really wanted to take the next step in their careers. There was a lot of technical training packed into this program, designed to cover a wide range of careers in the medical field, from clinical work to billing and medical office administration.

“I just want to say thanks to all the Climb moms who came before for inspiring me. They’ve made my journey possible today.”

— Amanda, Program Participant

They were committed—each person’s individual drive to get ahead meant they worked hard and showed a lot of dedication to each other and the program. They all went to work right away at higher salaries than anticipated, and one participant has already decided to become an EMT.”

— Misty Savage, Cheyenne Program Director
