“What a compassionate group! They are all natural caregivers and very intentional about getting into the healthcare profession. The women showed a lot of grit and determination to get through this demanding training. Some moms were also working evenings and weekends while attending full-time training. The group ranged in age from 19 to 40, and they all learned so much from each other despite the age difference.

“For us, Climb is only the beginning. This is a stepping stone to further our careers in the medical field and find success.”

— Justiss, Program Participant

Several participants described Climb as the first thing they’ve completed. For them, becoming Certified Nursing Assistants isn’t just a job—they want to make a difference in people’s lives. And they will!”
