Climb Wyoming is offering an exciting opportunity for a strong advocate and collaborator to join our Teton Area team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting others, has strong relationship-building skills, and enjoys traveling within the community to foster connections. In addition to working directly with our participants, this position will drive team systems and processes, handle administrative tasks, and manage the site’s fiscal and data reporting. ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING
Climb Wyoming’s mission is to help low-income single mothers discover self-sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families overcome poverty, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and far into the future.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience
- Respect and compassion for vulnerable populations
- Knowledge of and travel within Sublette, Lincoln and Teton communities
- Experience working with low-income families is helpful
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
MORE DETAILS
- Reports to the Teton Area Program Director
- Full-time position with paid time off, health insurance, a retirement plan, and occasional hybrid and remote work opportunities
- Salary range starts at $70,000 and is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Additional travel reimbursement will be provided
