Caring for Wyoming’s Elderly
Climb partnered with the University of Wyoming Center on Aging to provide Dementia Care Training, a special certification course focused on working with dementia patients. In addition, moms completed clinical training at Edgewood Aspen Wind Assisted Living to gain hands-on practice in skills such as bathing and feeding, as well as technical tasks like taking vital signs. CNA testing at the end of training includes a two-part state certification exam—a knowledge test and a clinical skills evaluation.

Skills for Professional Success

Combined with mental health support and life skills classes, Climb’s work readiness curriculum helped build a strong foundation for launching and maintaining their professional careers.
