“Many of these single moms were unemployed before Climb and are now able to transition off food stamps and other public assistance. They are making a great leap to self-sufficiency, with starting wages up to $13/hour and benefits like sick days and health insurance. Our community is really lucky to have this group of caring and compassionate people going into the healthcare profession for the right reasons. Their drive all through the program was to help people. Not a single participant missed a day of CNA training. They showed up, rain, shine or snow, and put their all into it.”
— Brittany Gray, Sweetwater Program Director
“I am becoming more confident with myself, knowing I can do it by staying strong and determined. They sky is my limit!”
— Morgan, Program Participant
