By partnering with industry experts, Climb participants are immersed in an extensive multi-week program specific to certain professional fields, resulting in trained employees who are ready to work! Our dedicated staff listen to our employer partners and plan for training in sought-after fields such as truck driving, healthcare, pipefitting, office administration, and more.
Climb’s personalized approach to working with moms means that we can match their unique strengths and interests to a great job fit, resulting in a meaningful partnership between employer and employee.
Our support for the single moms we serve doesn’t end when they graduate from the program. Climb staff provide ongoing check-ins and coaching as a mom settles into her new job so she and her employer are set up for success. From helping with the learning curve of a new job, to work performance evaluations and supporting positive workplace relationships, we’re here to help.
For both the Climb graduate and the employer, our team is always here. We provide ongoing support for our graduates, including resources and guidance as they grow in their professional and personal lives.
