Launching Professional Careers
For most participants in Casper’s recent training, Climb was their first step into professional careers, and they were really excited and ready to learn everything possible. The moms did extensive roleplaying exercises to practice working in an office setting. Classes with Pullen Services Safety Training and Consulting included Microsoft Office® and QuickBooks® as well as office equipment maintenance. Memorial Health, Casper Mountain Motorsports, and Mountain West Technologies have hired graduates of this program.
“We conduct hundreds of trainings each year, but hosting Climb Wyoming participants is the program that we are most proud of because of its positive impact on our community.”
– Laura Atchley Owner, Pullen Services Safety Training and Consulting
“We are rewriting our life stories for ourselves and our children.”
– Climb Graduate
