“These participants came to Climb motivated to make positive changes in their lives. Many were struggling with housing, either living with relatives or something temporary. During the program, not a single participant missed a day of CNA training. They all had job interviews lined up before commencement. Climb not only helped them start earning an average of $13 an hour with paid benefits, but also work through tough past experiences to find a way to be happy. Several have now moved into permanent housing. These graduates are employed in careers that allow them to successfully support their families and provide critically needed services to the communities of Rock Springs and Green River.”
— Brittany Gray, Sweetwater Program Director
“I am becoming a person who is a role model, someone people look up to.”
— Tabatha, Program Participant
