The Power of Working in Group

With the same goal in mind—to do better for themselves and their children and grandchildren—Climb’s latest graduates ranged in age from their 20s to their 50s and formed important bonds that helped them develop social capital and learn communication skills for working in a group.

A Climb group shows off their Commercial Driving Certificates. These graduates have dramatically increased their average monthly wages.

A Place to Call Home

Climb participants often come into the program facing homelessness and other serious housing issues. By gaining higher-paying careers, they reached greater financial self-sufficiency, and several recent graduates have moved their families into stable housing that gives children the safety and security to thrive.
